What this notice covers

• Profile and response analysis for this role and relevant opportunities.
• Sharing only the approved profile version when the candidate applies.
• Application and opportunity communication, including WhatsApp after verification.
• Access, correction, deletion, withdrawal and WhatsApp opt-out mechanisms.

AI processing

We use third-party AI providers to help draft your profile from the evidence you share and to run the qualification chat. Today this includes OpenAI (profile drafting and résumé extraction) and Google Gemini, accessed via the Lovable AI gateway (qualification chat). Providers receive only the data needed to perform the task and do not use it to train their models.

Data retention

• Draft profile and résumé: kept for 12 months from your last activity, then deleted.
• Applications you submitted: kept for 24 months after the role closes, for audit and dispute resolution.
• Withdrawn applications: status retained; profile content removed from the hiring team's active view immediately.
• Consent records: kept for 7 years to meet GDPR and DPDPA audit obligations.
• You can request earlier deletion at any time from your account settings.
