How sharing works
Your profile is private by default. Hiring teams only see it when you apply to their role.
What is shared, when
- Saved to the network: nothing is shared. Your profile is searchable only by you.
- You apply to a role: the approved profile version, your contact details, and the evidence linked to that role are shared with that hiring team.
- You withdraw an application: the hiring team is notified you withdrew. Past viewed copies are not recalled.
Suggested roles
Ryva may suggest other roles that match your profile. Hiring teams behind those roles do not see your profile unless you choose to apply.
